Booking Your Reservation:

Call 1-877-843-3339 (toll free) to book your reservations today.

An initial down payment of two (2) nights lodging is required at the time of booking, fifty (50) dollars of which is non-refundable.  A $500 refundable damage deposit is also required at the time of booking.  Final payment is due thirty (30) days prior to arrival; forty-five (45) days during the Holiday Season.

 

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival receive refund less a $50.00 handling fee. Cancellations made 29 days or less, all monies are forfeited unless the space is re-booked; the amount recovered is refunded, less a $50.00 handling fee.

 

Forms of Payment:

Rental fees must be paid by cash or personal check.  A $25 fee is applied to all returned checks.

Piney Point Chalet LLC. is not held responsible for any inconvenience, damage, injury or loss to persons directly or indirectly by weather, negligence or wrongful act by Travel Agent or transportation company beyond the direct control of Piney Point Chalet LLC.

 

College Groups:

Piney Point Chalet LLC does not rent to spring breakers or college groups without parents present.
